CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Your piece was painted by hand with bleach — treat it like the one-of-a-kind troublemaker it is. 🖤

• Machine wash cold
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Wash with like colors
• Use mild detergent
• Do NOT use additional bleach
• Avoid fabric softener
• Gentle cycle recommended
• Hang dry for longest life
• If using a dryer, tumble dry low
• Do not iron directly over the artwork

A LITTLE FYI

Bleach painting permanently removes pigment from the fabric rather than adding paint on top. Because every garment reacts differently, slight variations in color and texture are part of what makes your piece completely unique.

Normal fading and wear may occur over time — just like your favorite lived-in band tee.

Wear it hard. Wash it gently. Stay weird.

Will bleach get on my other clothes?

No. Every piece is fully processed and washed before it gets to you. There isn’t active bleach sitting in the fabric waiting to attack your favorite jeans.

Why isn't the design white?

Bleach doesn't necessarily turn fabric white. Depending on the original dye and fabric (we msotly do black), it can develope into shades of rust, orange, tan, gold, pink, gray, or other unexpected tones. That's part of the magic :)

What happens if there is a small imperfection?

Each piece is handmade, meaning there is room for imperfections. That said there is a difference between handmade character and an actual problem. If you believe you have damaged product please contact us.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo online?

If you are purchasing the exact finished garment yes, if you like the one you saw but someone already ordered it then no. You can get the same design but we take pride in unique pieces so it will be slightly different. 

Can I request a custom design?

Yes, we love making custom pieces. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.Bleach has a mind of it's own sometimes, exact colors and result scan vary. 

Can I use a garment I already own?

Yes, as long as it is at least 60% cotton and keep in mind we can't gurantee how the bleach will react to the fabric.
